WHY AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

They are necessary for the signing of the contract or the provision of the service you request from us.
We will process your data to inform you about the contracting of products and services of the Company, for their contracting, as well as to maintain and fulfill the contract. Development of commercial actions:
- We will process your data for the development of commercial actions, both general and personalized, to offer you products and/or services different from those you have contracted with the Company, to congratulate you on special dates, to include you in loyalty programs and to participate in contests organized by the Company. These commercial actions may be carried out by any means, including telematics (email, fax, SMS, social networks, mobile applications, etc.). This authorization will exist even after your relationship with the Company has ended.
- We will process your data for the development of commercial actions, both general and personalized, to offer you products and/or services from the Company, collaborating companies and/or subsidiaries. Data communication:

- In case you do not authorize the processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes, this will not affect the maintenance or fulfillment of the contractual relationship you have with the Company.
Processing carried out by legitimate interest
- We will process your data for the development of commercial actions, both general and personalized, to offer you products or services from the Company similar to those you already have contracted. The commercial actions may be carried out by any means, including telematic (email, fax, SMS, social networks, mobile applications, etc.). To be able to offer you personalized products and services, we will only use the data we have from you from the last year.
- We will process your data to make observations and recommend products and services from the Company. Specifically, we will process the transactional movements of the products and/or services that you have contracted with the Company. We will consult the information we have from the management of the services we provide to you or the products you have contracted or continue to contract in the last year. We can only consult the information from companies that provide information if you give us your consent through the corresponding box in the questionnaire.
- Through the two (2) previous treatments, the Company pursues the legitimate interest of offering you products and services that best suit your personal characteristics, as well as better conditions in products or services that you have contracted, or that you may contract in the future.
- We will record your voice and/or image and keep the telephone conversation and/or video when we indicate it expressly. The legitimate interests of the Company are to maintain the quality of the service and to use the recordings as evidence in court and outside of it, if necessary.
- We will communicate your data to other companies of the Group and third-party companies and/or collaborating companies (for example, insurance entities), if you, as a client of the Company, carry out the hiring of any of the products and/or services of these entities that are marketed by the Company. In this case, the transfer will only affect a limited number of purely identifying data that the Company has about you, specifically, those strictly necessary for the conclusion of the contract. The aim is to simplify and expedite the hiring through the Company of the products it markets from other companies of the Group or third-party companies, given your status as a client of the Company. Processing carried out to fulfill a legal obligation

HOW DO WE OBTAIN YOUR DATA?

FOR HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We will process your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. - In addition to the above data communications, the Company collaborates with some third-party service providers who have access to your personal data and who process said data on behalf of and on behalf of the Company as a result of their provision of services.
